A Note from Kasin:
My goal is to help people to identify triggers holding them back emotionally and physically in order to improve their lives and reach their highest potential.
As most people in the field, I have my own health journey that includes pain, weight gain, and the diagnosis of an autoimmune disease. I know how frustrating and emotionally, physically, and psychologically difficult this can be to overcome. It is through habit change combined with accountability and support that we can find permanent change and success.
